I haved lived out Mariners Watch now for two years while the first year wasn't that bad it had gotten worse. My apartment is right in behind another apartment complex and oh about once a month you see them out shooting just for fun. The apartments really have no closet space and the plumbing is horrible. My tub leaked so bad that it came through the ceiling and filled the light fixure up with water. Maintance told me because I had another working bathroon it wasn't an emergency. It happened twice. Each summer my ac doesn't work properly and in the winter my heat doesn't work well either. They were nice enough to bring us portable heaters. My back door was so broken they said it looked like someone had tried to break in. My sister lives out here as well he toliet leaked through the ceiling onto her table and ruined it but because you have 2 bathrooms is not an emergency. What a joke. They raise the rent every year but the living conditions go down every year. Walk outside any day and you'll see trash every where. I can't wait to move. Oh yea and my sister had mice too.Like the other writer wrote the wall are paper thin and you can hear everything. Managment is better however the problems that are on the inside would take years to fix.
