You get what you pay for...

The first day we moved in, there was a notice posted on the door to not open the door to strangers because there were armed gunmen in the neighborhood. Our unit faced the parking lot and dead grass that they call a lawn -- every day dirt, dust, and the smell of auto oil or gas drifted in the front bedroom, it was gross. Our bathroom had a leak in the ceiling and maintenance had to come at least 6 times to get it fixed -- they tried painting over the leak but it rotted through and then they had to do the whole ceiling. A storm drain backed up in the parking lot and flooded my car -- that was a disaster. I did not feel safe in this neighborhood at all, and would not recommend it to anyone. Be safe out there...
