Small apartments that are not very well kept. As others have stated, bugs are a problem. Saw the biggest roach I have ever seen in that apartment. As far as heating/air, each apartment has one window unit in the living room, thats great for the living room but it does nothing for the other rooms. Not the great part of town either. Never witnessed any violence but I know it went on. Parking was a nightmare. When I first moved in, you could park anywhere you wanted, then they moved to a one parking spot per apartment assignment scheme, great for those who have one car, not for those who have more. The guest spots were always full. Laundry rooms are a joke, they are always in use, and it usually smells like urine, and one time I found fecal matter in one of the washing machines. Don't move here, its not worth it.
