It's a ---- hole.
Whatever money you might think you're saving you'll end up paying to keep your vehicle from being towed (with or without decals).
The apartments are small, smelly and disgusting.
Not only do you have enormous cock roaches but there are mice.
If your military and end up stuck there I highly recommend getting a copy of deployment orders or getting some made (real/fake).
There's a laundry room, but getting your laundry done's a nightmare.
Most everything doesn't work and what dryers do work require multiple attempts to actually get things dry.

Very true. I had both my vehicles towed and spent a total of about $600 getting them back.
