For starters. Let me start by saying. Im a single white female who has a 10 year daughter who s trying to make it in this world living paycheck to paycheck . With no help from the father knur FAMILY! Everywhere you go (apt. townhouse,condo, house) don t matter you well always find things, problems, roaches, rodents, so on and so on! Sorry to burst you bubble. But if you are like me with the same living issue you have no choice but to put up with it. You could pay over $1500.00 a month plus pet deposit. You well FIND something wrong. Just be blessed that you have a place to lay your head at night. Things can be replaced from a car that s what CAR insurance and renters insurance IS FOR!!! But blessing the house with your presents shouldn t matter what other people rating or complaints are. Yeah you might get what you pay for. Just be happy that you have a place to call HOME some people like me don t have a place to call home and is trying to provide for my family the best way a MOTHER SHOULD . Who cares about roaches? At least it can be fixed. If they come back fix it again. the frustration isn t worth it . just let it go. if your not happy move else were. But good luck you ll find something wrong. Down the line somewhere. I have owned, rented, to moving in with family to starting my life over (again) $725.00 a month. You can t beat that else were in va beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake, Portsmouth. Unless you move to Hampton, or Newport News. And YOU CALL OAKMONT north bad haaa haaaa ok. I said my peace. Im just glad I have a place to call home. I can t not tolerate roaches. But I have no choice. Its eighter my car, motel or an apt . beggars cant be choosers thanks oh and the staff GREAT PEOPLE .my shoot outs are for rose.

As heartfelt as your story is... tear:( I am also a mother and NOW i have house and its beautiful 1800sq and only 900 a month. So can you do better... yes IN NORFOLK... good luck with that though... if you don't mind roaches, mice, spiders (all of which are health issues) and your car being broken into or getting a beer bottle through at you while driving... more power to you.

I may be paying 725 a month, but know i have to buy a new window for my wife's truck and a new DVD Player. I don't know how are we going to go to work with just one Car
