I have 3 young boys and I'm a single mother. Oakmont North was very affordable and they had so much to offer. The recreation center provided after school homework help and a safe play environment. It is a nice feeling knowing that with gas being high I don't have to drive all over for daycare and things to do for my kids.
I needed somewhere to live as soon as possible due to personal circumstances and the office staff worked hard to make my application process fast. You can't beat custormer service like that! The rent was with in my budget and it included almost all of my utilities.
If I weren't feeling homesick I definitely would have stayed with Oakmont North. But if I relocate to Virginia in the future I will be giving them a call.

Any glowing review of Oakmont North automatically makes me think it has to be the property staff/owners on here writing fake reviews. This place is a dangerous filthy hellhole, and the staff do not help you with anything at all! They rip you off - when you leave, keep a copy of the notice you give them because they will try to gouge you for rent even after you move out, claiming you never gave notice.
