way too expensive for not enough stuff! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/8/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   floor plan is big but rent is way too high for a one bedroom! the utilities include water trash electric and gas plus rent all adds up to 1400 a month some times for only a one bedroom! their so called fitness center is the size of a small bedroom that can only fit a twin bed! their equipment sucks its that cheap workout equipment from walmart... the only thing that works are the two treadmills and one eliptical my fiance sat on the weight machine and it fell apart!!! with all the rent we pay they should be able to buy workout equpiment for the community! the staff is ok they arent the nicest people at times and if they tell you something you better get it in writing cause their words dont mean anything!!! all in all not a bad apartment if you wana pay 1400 a month for a one bedroom!
