I am a tenant a riverpoint apartments and have been for the last 10 years and I love it. I have no real complaints we have received new remodeled kitchens and bathrooms. I feel safe in this area, and am comfortable letting my son run around the neighborhood. There has been no real crime here and about the gun shots, that was maybe 2 times and where can you go these days and not here gun shots. So as far as these reviews that are up here in my opinion are not true the bug problem I"ve seen maybe 3 bugs its about keeping your own home clean and when you have a problem you inform the office and the office staff is happy to take care of you. As for the manager she has been there with issues and have taken care of them, the parking isnt the best but the safe neighborhood makes up for it. I do not plan on moving for a long time and this comes from a true tenant that follows the rules and pays rent on time.
