Great deal for a short term lease!

Granted, these are not the fanciest apartments on the block, they were the only company in the whole Tidewater area I could find to do a short term lease (3 months). The grounds are so-so, and the apartments themselves must be 50 years old. However, for their age, they aren't too bad. Once you get past the lead-based paint and ancient 2-prong electrical outlets, the apartments are really quite quaint. The pipes are extremely loud, and the walls are thin, but once you get used to this, it is fine. These apartments are right next to a high school and elementary school, so it is pretty safe.
