My 3 bdrm apartment is pretty big (1,032 sq ft), but I guess they make it up by giving you a very small kitchen with very little counter space and sink and a small bathroom. All the closets in the apt. are waaay too small. My apt. stays cold even with the radiators on high (reason being is that the windows let in a horrible draft in and i mean ALL the windows). The color of the tile floor is this dark, ugly brown and can be pretty annoying to look at. My oven was broken, my whole tub needs to be replaced, and there are barely any electrical outlets (not to mention that they are only 2 prong). If there are any good things to talk about would be that the area is pretty quiet, but you can find yourself living with a loud bunch (depends which building) the maintance crew is pretty efficent. They do get the job done, but I feel that I shouldnt have this many problems just being there in 2 months. All utilies are included into the rent, and the bdrms are big. There isnt really much for me to say that is good enough to get me to stay. I'm expecting and as a parent I really don't feel like being there is any good for my child. Sad that my apt. was a like a used car, you drive it off the lot great and then the darn thing breaks down a month later.
