This is by far the worst apartment complex!! We had staff walking in our apartment with NO notice at all, the maintaence staff found an AC cover on the ground and put it on our AC. But it didn't belong to us and because they put it on there is blew up our AC!!! Took a week for them to replace, and they acted like it was our fault. The heat is uncontrollable therefore it is ALWAYS HOT IN THERE!!! The office staff, especially the manager is rude and not at all willing to listen. HORRIBLE DO NOT MOVE HERE

I have to argee with this person. The office manager or the lease manager is the worst, she does suck in people skills. HER ATTitude is like whatever, they're tearing this place down and she dont care for the existing residents, they just want them to leave, P.S DRUCKER AND FALK are the management company that bought that place out and is now tearing it down because of greed. They're the same company that built that expensive cosmopolitan building in downtown va beach near pembroke mall and with ford plant closing, fort monroe closing and oceana possibly closing, exactly who are going to move into there new expensive condos and townhomes that they want to build where riverside is now. Yeah they're the worst, dont understand a markert at all, genius company.

this is the assistant office manager..and you residents are the reason the apartment is getting torn down
