Better than dorms if you are a college student

I am graduating in two weeks and that is why I am moving from this property. Yes, there is no central A/C in the summer, but an air conditioner does not cost much and you can get stuff donated to you from relatives when you are in college. Put A/C on you needs list! The rooms are big I have a three piece living set and a dining room table and a bar for those after-the exams drinks! I have a qeen size mattress and three dressers for all of my clothes. The closet well accomodates my 50 pairs of shoes As with any apartment or anything you buy/ rent check it out thoroughly and put everything that you want fixed in writing. Parking sucks! I mean you only get one decal so its a race to get home and park on the street without having to walk a mile home, but its good exercise. They have great lease terms, month-to-month and the manager and staff is cool people. I wish I didn't live on the third floor at times but its away from hearing people come in and out. (I use to live on the first). If you ever lock yourself out by coming out of the back door with no keys, if its during office hours they'll let you in free. (On campus its $50 regardless). There's a gym close by owned by the city, so you can work out and maybe find you a soulmate!

FYI they're tearing this place down supposedly starting in 2007, so if your a college student, im not sure if you would move here because you're going to have to constantly move as if you dont have enough to worry about. there are other places around that i would suggest
