I have lived here for 2.5 years and have had two problems. One, my unit was broken into but the office responded very quickly to repair door/lock and add extra deadbolt. Two, my car ended up with a bullet hole in the door. The rent is good and they include utilities. Being older buildings the walls are really thick and I hardly ever hear my neighbors. It is located just next to an elementary school in the middle of a nice community. They are going to start knocking them down soon so I wouldnt recommend leasing here because you will just have to move out within 6/12 months. . Even with all that has happen we will miss it.
