My husband and i moved here in sept of 2006 and and we like it alot since then the building has been thru alot of changes. the lobby's updated with a warm color scheme and nice funiture the east building is further along then the west but still nice. the hallways are painted and i have been told there will be beutiful art work to really tie in the colors of the carpet and walls. the elivator scares me if you go past the 3rd floor but thats prob just me. the front entrance is very nice and safe security cameras and locked doors the back doors are always left open and one of them is broken west side. the pool is clean some buggy's here and there but we are out doors you can exspect bugs. the grounds are always well kept and well lighted at night the parking is some what of a pain but thats nothing the royal mace has anything to do with the people next to me never park straight. the apartment i have is a one bedroom it's small and great for the elderly or someone starting out on thier own i have an un renovated and truthfully i'm jealous of the renovated but i doubt i can afford the rent on those just yet the kitchen is small but if you only cooking for two it's perfect there is no room for a microwave on the counter but there are ways around that the layout of the one bedroom is alittle tricky to decorate but still has a nice open feel to it the golf course view is very nice the bay view is out of this world. the girls in the office are very nice and very helpful if at any time you have a problem they are there to get someone on it and if you leave a message terri is very quick to call you back and very helpfull. i would recomend this place to anyone starting out i wouldn't know about the two or three bedrooms but the one bedrooms are fabulous...
