They are putting in a gym which is AWESOME! They now have a hottub outside and a high scale outddor grille area too. They're really working hard to bring the look of the lobby area up. It really looks nice! However...I gotta admit...I can smell smoke through the ventilation system. Not cool. And if you live in a 1 bedroom, you'll have NO privcay! The walls are paper thin. Unusually thin! I can hear my neighbor when he yawns or coughs. But I have to say the ladies in the office are mega wonderful. Always happy to help! And the maintenance crew is just as professional and very rare do they take long getting around to any issues you may have in your apartment. They are usually there within a couple hours. I've even had to call in the middle of the night and they showed up with a smile on their face. So, besides the irritatingly thin walls in the one bedroom...it's a really nice place to live.
