It;s a great location, with a tremendous view of the Chesapeake Bay. Unfortunately, the only other good thing to say is it's relatively pest free. Lets start with walking in. The East bldg (where the office is) is quite nice. The west bldg, on the other hand, has a lobby in which rennovations were started more than a year ago, and have yet to even reach the "sanded wall" stage. Don't ask about paint. From there, try the elevator. Now the bldg is only 7 floors, and one can wait 3-5 minutes while the elevator frolics doing God knows what, but we know what not, COMING TO GET US!!
After finally looking into pension plans while waiting for the lift, on gets to one's floor. Probably hasn't been swept or vacuumed in a week or two. Entering the domicile, expect a temperature variance of 10 to 15 degrees up or down, depending on the time of year. In the summer, it's possible to cool the halls to a very chilly 60 or so, while the units in the apartments will only do 74 on a good day(that's if you keep the curtains closed and the lights off) Steve says"it's blowing 60, that's what it's s'posed to do. Of course Ms Winfree asks " well what d'ya want me to do about it." The reverse is true in the winter. One can't win here. There is no dishwasher, nowhere to put a microwave. At least the views of the bay are very calming.
