Older apartments- but really the price is unbeatable. Right across the street from the beach and all utilities are included.
I am in a two bedroom apartment and don't have any issue hearing any of my neighbors. Kitchen is small, but maintenance has been fine.
I love that you have to buzz to get up to the apartments and there are security cameras everywhere.
