I lived there for one year before moving out of the area. I liked the apartment and the atmosphere. I did not like that I could hear my neigbors. I was made privey to private goings on at the apartment next door.

However, since the apartment beside me was vacant more than occupied the disturbance was minimal. I don't know how I would have felt if the apartment next door was occupied the entire time.

Parking was often a issue. The issue was guest of across the street neighbors would park in Royal Mace visitor parking. Then when we have guest there is an issue. I learned to try to get out there early if I was expecting company so that I could park in the visitor spot. Then I would allow my guest my spot. Tried to never invite two cars worth of guest.
