I would not recommend this place although it seems like Royal Mace is doing just fine on its own with moving various family members and close friends into the building who are allowed not to play by the rules. Yes, there is a sense of favoritism here. If you ask for something to get fixed make sure you remind the staff or they will forget and go about their business elsewhere rather than being in the office doing work. You can hear your neighbors do any and everything. Lucky for me I hardly had neighbors living here. In the summer the AC in the hallways will have you freezing but your apartment will be warm. The AC system inside of the apartment hardly works and you have to constantly ask for it to be fixed. Oh the hallways also look like a prison, its really drab. They need to clean the carpets too. The lights are always going out on the stairwells and that is not a problem so much now since the elevators are finally fixed (which i do not trust). They are upgrading the apartments, new light fixtures, whoo. Renovations are constantly going on so expect to hear that too. Parking is an issue. If you have another car it is your responsibility to move it everyday as this place does not have adequate parking. They will tow your car but that also depends on whether the staff feels like doing work that day. Like many other landlords just basic overall respect, sincerity and professionalism (loose lips round here) is lacking. But oh well, maybe if the staff gets all their family together they could fill this place up.
