Clearly management did not read the title current residence as you can see how they conduct business no tennant is happy here even the ones I spoke with that has been here longer then me.What a waste of time management has to be concentrating on the ratings instead of the renovations they claim to have done. It is a fact how bad these apartments look and you are correct management HAVE THE NEW TENNANTS COME AND SEE I ADVISE YOU TO TURN BACK!!!!!!OH COME OUT AND TALK TO THE CURRENT TENNANTS YOU WILL FIND THE REAL TRUTH BUT MANGEMENT MAY NOT ALLOW THAT!!!!!!! UNFORTUNATELY I CAN'T DECLINE MY LEASE I ALREADY SIGHNED UP FOR 1 YEAR!!!!!!!!! MAY BE NEXT TIME I SHOULD POST THE RAT DROPPING PICTURES LOCATED IN MY BREEZE WAY!!!!!!!

You still have no clue but to answer your question you need time to find a new place to live and since we both know you have no intentions on returning my deposit I have to come up with 2 months of rent before I can RELOCATE a hard working person like myself will love to move TODAY!!!! but unfortunately not all of us have deposit money to put down on our new place so there for I GUESS it will be a waiting game and continue taking the managements crap!!!!!! But not for I HOPE MANAGEMENT CLEANS IT UP BECAUSE THE CITY IS NOT SO NICE!!!!!!!!!!!

I am the property manager of Southern Park and I have just posted the last review. If you feel that you have been wronged in someway please visit me at my office anytime for us to take care of the situation. Any time I have put a review on the internet I have always said who I was. I have nothing to hide. I have always worked with every tenant in anyway to work with their problems. We bought SPA from Mr Bob Ruffin over a year ago. We have been upgrading SPA and it does take time. We have had only 1 tenant upset about their Security Deposit money. Thats why we know who has been posting these cruel and untrue messages. I was just alerted to them today by a concerned tenant. So in response to these messages I can say "God Bless" because I know what progress we have made and where we are going. So to the tenant who has posted these cruel messages "Good Luck".
