For the last reviews: The Laundry rooms are currently being renovated as of now. New doors and the old machines are currently being removed by coinmach. There are no homeless people living in any part of SPA. Security cameras have just been installed on the entire grounds. Vacancies are low and better quality people are currently living at SPA. We ask that people clean up their apartments so that roaches do not come in. Each apartment is sprayed by Bug-n-Out every month. The former owner allowed people to live in bad apartments and now that each apartment is being renovated we have had no complaints like this one person which we do know who this is. They are no longer welcome at SPA. Each apartment is inspected by the new tenant before moving in. If they do not want the apartment then they can decline it. No new tenants have complained about the wonderful apartments that they have received and praise the management for working with them when things go wrong. It is sad that this one tenant can not get over the destruction that they left in a new 3 bedroom apartment which their security deposit was held. The only thing they can do is try to scare people and try to smear the new owner and managements name. How horrible. Renovations are being done daily at SPA. You make up your mind. Come and see us... I was just alerted to these cruel messages today by a concerned tenant and decided to reply. Please read my reponse to the previous review....

You still have no clue but to answer your question you need time to find a new place to live and since we both know you have no intentions on returning my deposit I have to come up with 2 months of rent before I can RELOCATE a hard working person like myself will love to move TODAY!!!! but unfortunately not all of us have deposit money to put down on our new place so there for I GUESS it will be a waiting game and continue taking the managements crap!!!!!! But not for long so I HOPE MANAGEMENT CLEANS IT UP BECAUSE THE CITY IS NOT SO NICE!!!!!!!!!!!

I now know who this is. If you were so unhappy why did you renew you lease instead of asking to be extended 3 months to find another place or just not renew. No one made you renew your lease. Now you want to complain and then post cruel and untrue stories on the internet because you made a mistake. We have never posted anything on anyones door for all to see. Any legal things go thru the mail. The sheriff is the one who post things on peoples door for all to see. There are over 130 tenants at SPA. Why would anyone listen to a bad tenant. If this is such a bad problem come in my office and we can take care of the problem. and by the way The City of Norfolk refers good tenants to us. If you do not believe me contact The City yourself. We have nothing to hide....
