I'm a current resident of Southern Park Apt. My car was vandalized Thursday night.This keep happening to cars in this complex. Why it keep happening, because management is not doing anything about it. There isn't any need for people to go to the office and tell them.They don't care its not their car.I just hate this place now its more things going on then cars getting broken into and vandalize. Its not a very pleasant place to live for the money. Management do you ever wonder why you have so many empty apts' Open your eyes to whats going on in the apt community.Make the so call security cameras work that you claim to work.

There is no way that Management at Southern Park can control crime in the city of Norfolk. It is not the Managements fault that their are people who have disregard for other peoples property. The management can only try to maintain a nice clean environment.

spoken like true management. I went out to view their properties last month and was simply horrified. The neighborhood seemed rowdy, kids doing unmentionable things, cars speeding up through the parking lot with loud music, but most of all the buildings are old and the places are torn up with holes in the doors, wall, etc. The only good thing about these places are the hardwood floors and they are not in all of the apartments. Watch your back if u move in this property, all I can say is it truly is the hood.
