The grounds are beautiful, the access to the laundry onsite is good if you live close to the building, and the closets are good size, but overall I wouldn't recommend anyone renting here. The rent is high for the small apartment you get. One time the maintenance man came in to fix my dishwasher, I never called in a complaint, and he used my paper towls and wash clothes for something - I found them in a pile on the floor in front of the dishwasher. He didn't leave a workorder or a note of any kind. I came home from work to find the mess and called the landlord and told her I thought someone broke in my apartment and that's when she said he'd been there. I lived there one year, had moved in for good rent, then they upped the rent $40 for renewal! They were going to charge me the same price as a new tenant! To make matters worse, my next door neighbors and upstairs neighbors were always fighting - paper thin walls. My upstairs neighbor moved in a huge dog that was left indoors a lot and barked at every noise he heard. I complained to management many times but they never did anything about it. The dog was over the weight limit, too. I wouldn't recommend anyone moving in here.

You hafta give people a chance. That coming into the apartment without notice is somethin that never happened to me and I've been here for years
