This apartment was the worse. It is in the absolute worse neighborhood despite it's outside appearance. On several occasions, I had homeless people sit on my front porch area and talk to themselves. There is a bad cricket/spider, and rat problem going on...not to mention the overall size of the apartment. Walls are thin as paper, and my neighbors were constantly fighting. Also, my upstairs neighbors were constantly stomping throughout the apartment day and night. I realize this has nothing to do with management...but why would you purposely try to fill one building when you have dozens of others places vacant. Management was slow to respond to phone calls and/or problems. They seemed courteous in the beginning...but turned out to be sneaky, nosey, and conniving.

I think I was this person's neighbor. Too bad they have a lot to say but no guts to admit who they are. The staff at this place did do something about the homeless (they hired security) and the neighbors, but it takes a coupl a months and a court order to get people out. A lease works two ways. If this is who I think it is, he's got no room to talk
