i used to payt about 670 a month and now i gotta pay 790!!! how do they expect to keep tenants if they do things like that...

i got my new lease but im not gonna sign it unless i really have to.

time to move on and find a place a little bit cheaper.

If you are not on a current lease, you will pay a $85 premium. Sign the lease as soon as you can and you will pay $690
