This is a quiet neighborhood.

Maintenance is awesome.

The office staff is friendly while professional and they treat people with respect.

But don't try to pay late rent! My apartment is beautiful.

Small and clean.

I highly recommend this place.
I don't know where that person got a $790.00 rent amount.
