The trash is never picked up any more. Couches,old mattresses, and broken furniture always block the dumpsters. We have new management and maintenance and they both suck. The laundry room is never open and now I have to spend even more money at the laundromat. The rent is already high and they are going to raise it again. The pool which is suppose to be abig thing here, was always dirty last year and the lifeguards they hired didn't have a clue. This use to be a nice place to live, but no longer. Rents are going down all over and my lease is up soon. Yes, I will NOT be signing a new one.
