maintence is nice and timely but other than that this place is NASTY, no matter how much you clean and wipe windows and such mold just grows and grows. was mold when i moved in eventhough they said there wasn't. visitors can't come and visit because they have to park on the local streets and wich in many cases quite a walk from the apartments. Seems to care about the outside appearence but make no attempt to clean the hallways half of the time, and taking the trash all the way to the dumpsters is a nightmare. and forget about if you need to throw out a large item you have to have it hauled away at your cost or take it away yourself. this is not the place to live if you want or need convience.
