I enjoyed living at University Apartments. I lived in the front near the office I didnt have many problems. I did have an issue with bugs, oh I had my car towed because the people in the office forgot to give me a parking sticker and once they applied my rent to another apartment and I had a judgement on my credit and to be honest no they did not try to help me with the issue, but overall everyday living way not bad. The area is well kept but again there was bugs. Not just small baby bugs but GREAT BIG water bugs. They would climb on the wall, I could find them dead in my closets, one night I walked in the kitchen and there were about seven huge bugs on the floor, nasty.

I have not had a good expierance with University Apartments. I have had my tire slashed, my husbands car window broken and his radio broken from an attemped theft...we have had maintenance enter our apartment EVEN with us having signed documentation ON FILE stating NO ONE is to enter the apartment unless it is an emergancty with out us present. It has been an unplesant expierance and i would NOT recommend the apartments...

I had the same problems with attempted break-ins. When the police came to the apartment to investigate, he told me he is out there about 4 or 5 times a year due to theft. I don't know about you but that is too much for me.
