I really wish I had read the reviews before I moved here. This place SUCKS!!!!!!! The management is nice but they won't help you with the inept maintenance team. They are horrible, will not want to fix anything, you have to call them for weeks before you see any results. When they finally do come in they leave a mess. THIS IS THE WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!!!!!!! The other reviews are correct, there are "water bugs" here. DO NOT MOVE HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT FOREVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't wait to leave!!!!! If you want to live in great apartments try Crystal Lake Apartments those are the BEST!!! The people that live here are noisy, the floors creak LOUDLY you will feel like there are people in your home. THIS PLACE IS AWFUL!!!! I HATE this place!!!!! Don't do it!!! You will want to call the police on a regular basis due to the noise at all hours of the night for fear of your life and or car. Also, I get weird food smells in my bathroom when from next door. HORRIBLE!!!! Nasty laundry room!

If you'd clean your apartment once in a while you wouldn't have bugs. I've lived here for 6 months and have never seen one because my apartment is spotlessly clean. The noise is no worse than any other apartment complex. My neighbors have been friendly and I feel perfectly safe here. The office staff and maintenance have been very helpful, the grounds are beautifully kept and there is ample parking. I appreciate that the management doesn't allow visitors to park in the lots so there is always plenty of parking available for the residents. I love it here at University Apartments.
