The apartment itself was nice. I lived right near the maintenance which was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint about University Apartments are the people who work in the office. They are rude and don't care about it's tennants. When talking to them about the lease and the way it is written they told me point blank, all they care about are the apartments, they could care less what happens to the tennants as long as the apartments are taken care of and paid for. Everytime I go to the office they are rude and have horrible attitudes. So happy to be moving away from them!!!

I don't understand this at all. I've lived here for almost a year and the office staff has always been friendly, courteous and most helpful. But you get what you give; my guess is that the writer goes into the office with a ghetto attitude. In life we generally get back what we give.
