I LIVED AT UNIVERSITY FOR 2 YEARS, THE OFFICE STAFF CHANGED 3 TIMES, THAT MUST TELL YOU SOMETHING, LIKE POOR MANAGEMENT. THE MAINT. STAFF WAS SO-SO, I HAD TO CALL 2 TIMES FOR QUITE A FEW THINGS, THE NOISE IN MY BUILDING WAS UNBELIEVABLE, I WROTE 2 LETTERS TO THE OFFICE AS REQUESTED, SECURITY WAS AT THE BUILDING NUMEROUS TIMES. AT LEAST THEY CAME WHEN CALLED. THEN WHEN I FINALLY MOVED OUT, I WAS CHARGED FOR CLEANING THE CARPET, AND CLEANING THE STOVE AND REFRIGERATOR, WHICH I CLEANED WHEN I LEFT. WHEN I CHALLENGED THEM I WAS TOLD IT WAS IN THE CONTRACT I SIGNED WHEN I MOVED IN, WELL EXCUSE ME, STATE LAW REQUIRES THAT THE CARPET BE CLEANED AND ALSO THE STOVE AND REFRIGERATOR. THAT COST ME 125.00 OUT OF MY SECURITY DEPOSIT. THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES. DEEPLY UNSATIFISIED BY THE WHOLE 2 YEAR STAY.

yeah -------------- is very nasty and she is very nosey. Since she came in and took over as office mgr, I will be breaking my lease!!! I cant stand her!!! Stay away from university apartments!!! the apartments are not worth the money. -------------- is a very bad mgr. Take my advice, dont rent there, u will regret it!!!! After she got Thalia Gardens shot up she transferred to University, so I wish them luck!

Yep that Rude ass manager!! She did the same thing to me also I cleaned everything in my apartment before I moved out and she kept my deposit and charge me for not cleaning the stove, carpet and refrigerator. They are so unprofessional in that office. My last apartment I had when I moved out the apartment manager did a walk around with me to check to see if everything is cleaned. Now that was professional. University are the worst apartments I ever been in .
