I just moved into Frament Avenue before reading these reviews that people have posted about the property. I am glad that I have now read all of the posts. I can actually say that there are some rude residents that live here. Since moving here in May, I have not had any problems with ANY staff members as listed in previous posts. As for the comments dealing with staff members, they are quick to resolve any issues that I have had. I needed a new mailbox lock and called into maintenance, and it was replaced that day. As with the comments about rude staff, again, everytime I have entered the front office, I have been treated with the utmost respect. I am please with the way that my complex is ran. Parking is more adequate, the trash is being removed, I see security on the site at all times. As a teacher in the area, I find that writing false reviews is unjust and not fair to current and future residents. Again though, I can only go off from living here for almost 3 months.

its about time that someone actually posts the truth. It sounds like the people that complain the most are most likely the ones that do not pay rent, or just like to complain all the time. all I have to say is that for the people that live here and have such a huge problem, move to the hood where you belong!!!

Move to the hood where YOU belong... said the hood rat herself. Anyways, teacher lady, you posted this after living there 3 months, you will be signing another tune after living there for 1 year!!!! I lived there for 2 years on the ground level and had my apartment broken into 6 times!!! yes 6 !!!!! there is nothing false about this infromation, this is as true as it gets!!! and as far as the staff memberes being rude, I was referecing to -------------- as I have had personal altercations with her for being too nosey and extremely rude when we talk!!!!!! I pay my rent AUTOMATIC every month so I am NEVER late!!!!! so please if you want to make a comment on your apartment do that but dont make a comment on another comment if you dont know what the truth is.... I hope you are not teaching your kids this way!!!!!!!

gooberboi20, I lived at university and did not have any problems with the neighborhood, the staff or the maintenance when I moved in. The office staff was nice and when maintenance took a week to come I called the office and they were there the next day. After about 8 months they did an overhaul on the staff, new office staff and maintenance and I had problems with them ever since. After complaining to the office 3 times about maintenance not fixing the light fixture. I gave up but I was moving out anyway. I paid my rent and was never late as well besides the office staff and maintenance now, there were noisey kids in my complex. Also I lived off of Georgtown, and like you said you have been living there 3 months and you might not have to go through what others have been through but you came on this site to read opinions and that is what your getting so for you to say that these are false truths, they are not because nothing has happened to you. I do hope that as a teacher you are teaching kids to look at the bigger picture, just because it didn't happen to you, doesn't mean it doesn't happen to others who are good residents. As far as the rude staff I as well can refer to ------- and not the whole staff. Her phone etiquette is terrible, you can always tell it is her because of that tone of attitude in her voice

Okay, usually I do not waste my time in responding to negative ad's, and seeing that you cannot even identify yourself is quite amazing. Secondly, I am not a lady, it is not wise to assume things when you really do not know for a fact. As for putting the blame on one person is quite childish, it's like playing the whole tattle tale game. Shouldn't we act like an adult. I also think it is quite amazing that people have nothing better to do with their time (instead of getting a job and living a life) to sit at home and wait for posts and reviews on a property review site. I think it is quite amazing. Also what aggravates me the most is the improper use of grammar. When one communicates, they should use the utmost grammar skills as possible, as I teach myself, nobody will take you serious enough if your grammar skills are lacking. Finally, I take offense to your line about me teaching my kids in a way that you see unfit. I actually teach my kids to tell the truth, use proper grammar skills, and actually go get educated enough so they are not sitting at home jobless.
