I was a resident at University Apartments for a year. Apt was nice, plenty big, and the in great condition. Everything was alright, for about 6 months. The Complex hired contractors to replace windows and doors. The contractors left my apt. unlocked and open while I was at work, and they were no where around. Furniture was damaged during this mess that was never paid for. Apt MGR wouldn't do ANYTHING about it.

Then when I tried to move out, it was a nightmare. I found that the MGR (who I will call "Wasabi" to protect her identity) is the most rude, inconsiderate, and unprofessional person I have ever dealt with in my life. I did everything I was asked, paid fee after fee, and they went into my apt and moved all my stuff out. Threw everything away. Charged me $450 to do it all too! I'm going to have to sue them to get it fixed.

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES RENT FROM UNIVERSITY or NORCOVA APARTMENTS.
