After reading some of the horrible reviews posted on this site, I felt compelled to write my own. I moved in 14 years ago with a small child to an uncleaned apt. Too late to move back out. Several things were wrong and were still wrong after several complaints that never got the right attention. You know, always unkept promises.In all these years, no new paint, no new carpet and a apt full of mold and mildew which we are almost sure has caused my recent diagnosis of lung disease and my child's continued allergy problems. Thanks to our new Office Manage Jessica, I have recently moved into an upgrade, yes, with an upgrade price due to my apt being deemed "unliveable". I called her to look at my place for new carpet,paint and repairs that has never been done in the 14 years of my residency. She was very upset as well as concerned enough to get me out of there. I am happy with that. At first I had problems with our new manager as others do, until I sat with her to understand her vision and responsiblity to our community. She in her short time has gotten rid of a lot of Riff Raff that should never have been here in the first place. I like that she is working closely with the NPD to clean up our area. I like that she is noisy because I am too. I report anything that should not be going on. What's right is right. I pay my rent and don't not want to be in a nasty environment. Yes, I agree that parking SUCKS. My parents can't even come to visit now unless I pick them up. I think the parking situation should be re-evaluated and discussed with the tenants at the community meetings. I could go on and on, but for what. Jessica is the best manager we have had since I've lived here. Give her a chance and go talk to her one on one as I did and maybe you'll share her vision as well.

Jessica only says what she thinks you want to hear. She is not helpful in anyway and is completely incapable of managing an apartment complex especially of this size. Lies is all you will recieve from Jessica and her staff. The entire apartment complex needs to be torn down and rebuilt to fix the years of problems that have been unresolved from the mantanace and her staff. Don't live here. Jessica is useless, absolutely useless.

I lived here for 9 years and I have seen a difference. Jessica is doing her job and I dont think shes fake. You might be the fake one who knows. For the dont live here dork....move out. You better have facts and for the people who lived here past a couple years will tell you the management has improved alot. Keep up the good work to Jessica and staff.
