I moved into these apartments alomost a month ago. I have had nothing but problems from the start. The first day I was supposed to move in I went to pick up the keys at the time I was told I could pick them up, I go to the leasing office just to find out that the apartment that I paid the pro rated amount to move into that day is not ready and to come back again tomorrow. They told me that they were remodeling all of the apartments and it was going to be barnd new almost. The day I moved into my NEW apartment I found mold all over the walls in the bathroom, two inches of water in the dishwasher, a non working garbage disposal, no cable ready apartment, leaky bathtub, the tub nozzles are not even attached to the walls, they just hang there limp, broken mailbox, missing blinds, and the list just keeps on. There are two lights throughout the apartment all the other rooms you have to provide lighting with lamps. There is an on site laundry here that is made up of one washer and one dryer and it is always in use. It is more of a pain then anything living here. You can hear all of your neighbors coming in and out, doors slaming, talking at all hours. When I called the office to get these things fixed, Emily Vargas, a leasing agent there, did not want to hear about it and told me to call maintance. I never got my 26 something dollars back for the day they charged me to move in when the apartment was not even close to being move in ready. I am on my 6th apointment with COX and the only solution that 6 COX techs can come up with is running new cable lines and the apartment refuses to let them do so. The have to be the worst people coustomer service wise. I highly urge you to keep on looking!
