maintenance forgets to fix little things
corridor to front doors is noisy
metal weighted front doors slam shut loudly
not much parking for guests
every other building is half a story high because of laundry room
directly behind walmart (we hear all the stocking through the night)
depending on which side of neighborhood you live on through other side is by
janaf shopping center and is very quiet at night

over all i have lived in quite a few apartments and this is a pretty sweet deal for the price you pay. as long as you ride on maintenance's tail about things that are wrong, there shouldn't be too much to get upset about. many people have too high of standards for buildings that have been around for more than 30 years. keep in mind thousands of people have lived in these buildings, there will be a few issues after a while. i recommend this place. i love it here and my neighbors are great. if we are short on money for gas, we can walk to walmart in less than 3 minutes... so yay!!
