I lived in univeristy village for a few months, it was a horrible experience.. the agency did a bad job pairing up roommates, the walls were paper thin, all the "rules" about living in the apartments werent held up.. there were always parties, every single night, i don't know how these people could actually pass their classes with how little time they spend going to them.. I didnt have a car but my friends complained there wasnt enough parking, the parking gate was always broken so people who didnt pay for the university parking permits parked there.. The maintaince people are nice after you realize that they are just sick and tired of cleaning up after the losers that live in the village and ruin it for the decent people there..With that being said, all the maintance people i talked to just didnt care about the buildings or grounds anymore, as soon as they would fix something, it would be broken again on purpose... I WOULD RATHER LIVE IN A CARDBOARD BOX THAN THE UNIVERSITY VILLAGE APARTMENTS...

The Village does suck, but not because the PARTIES, which;, BTW I never heard or went to one. I lived there they suck, they dont fix $hit. Doors dont open sometimes with those --- cards. I drank alot and I stayed late alot, but I never really heard someone is having a kegger at the village.
