University Village is simply overpriced. Yes, the apartments are furnished, yet they are furnished with cheaply made furniture. The employees are very unprofessional and rude. The parking couldn't be worse. There are ample amounts of parking spots but if a resident has a visitor they can not expect them to stay for more than 2 hours before they have to move their car to another location. The appearance from the outside is amazing. One would expect to walk into a upscale apartment complex but that is far from the truth. Other than those issues the location couldn't be better.
