I lived in the University Villiage Apartments for a year and I can easily say that it was the WORST experience I've had. The rent is way too high to have to deal with all of the problems that living there creates. No place to park. Loud parties and really loud neighbors overhead. Went through two terrible roommates and the staff at the rental office were rude and disinterested in complaints about noise and maintaence problems. Take my advice, live anywhere but the University Village Apartments.
