Everywhere in Norfolk is scary. Easy to walk to class though. Too many parties and noise and people running through the halls. Doors supposedly only open with swipe card, but more often you can just pull them open. Way too expensive. Think about it. 4 people, pay over $500 each. That's 2,000 a month! You could get a really really nice apartment off campus for that.
