Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
I didnt even know she existed until the nice gentleman in the front told me he was not the manager. I had a problem with my roommate stealing from me and when I tried to go past the front office employees to upper management I was told to call the Manager Connie Simms. She is a ghost and never returned my calls for the past 2 months. The place is rediciulous and whats worse is that ODU is taking over the Village. What a joke!
