Happy tenant - I love living here and would not change a thing. This is the best apartment I have ever lived in. The office and maintenance staff are the best around. I lived here for a year and had NO problems I really did enjoy living at Merrimack Landing. Maintenance is fast to respond to any problems and the offices is very efficient. The only con to living here is on the weekends I can be hard to find parking depending on where you live and the walls were

I LOVE Pinewood Gardens!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Pinewood Gardens is the BEST!!!!! The office staff is wonderful. They make you feel like your family as soon as you walk in the office. Maintenance is excellent. They get the job done. I never had any problems with them fixing anything in a timely matter.

Great Place Great place to live, We lived for a year. The place was well maintained and the office staff very helpful and friendly.
