If you ever want to go ice skating for free, then I highly recommend Summit Square. They did a great job on the sidewalks, but forgot that they had several parking lots that they where in control of. I called the office everyday for a week, but to no prevail. Sure you could check out a shovel, but it only took three forms of ID, a recent police report. Please plan a head for next winter!
