i love this place we only lived here for a short while. The staff is wonderful and helpful. they fix anything that is broken with in a day or two. It is nice not to have to do maintance. I take care of this apt like it is mine even though i don't own it. Some people obviously don't have respect what is like to own a pieace of property and have to take care of it,it is a lot of hard work. cost money. we got a deal for rent through apt locators. it is the best around for the square foot and price. most places in dc area are more expensive. Rent is higher then what i was paying on a house.however it is about equal when add up the cost of maintence,taxes, all the other bills you are responsible for when owning a house. there is no one to clear side walks or road when you own a house add that cost in don't forget you have to pay dues to the community and cut the grass. if you really factor all that is involved of owning a house compare what you pay for rent you won't be complaining. I highly recommond this place it is close to everything if you have kids, the park is around the corner, a pool and gym. there is lot to do in this small community. remember no place in this world is the best place you can always find something wrong always keep a positive look out.
