I felt very welcome during the move in. The overall staff is very friendly for the most part. Just a few maintanece problems that were addressed in a pretty quick time response. Parking is a total nightmare. Occasionally noisy. grounds are tasteful but nothing special. Seems to be pretty safe to me. Very unhappy with the lease-breaking agreement do to job relocation, and fees that are required. I felt nickeled and dimed at times like this.
