We are moving from Summit Square, but these have been an enjoyable 4 years. Yes, we had the occasional call to the office but the maintenance staff would always arrive, usually within a day (and with those funny little mints that our cat always seemed to hide.)

My biggest complaint is that I wish the rents weren't so high. I know that all apartments in the Washington, DC area are high but it is still a wish! My wife and I bought a house furthur away but will miss everybody-yes even the annoying postman (if you lived at Summit Square, you know who.)

So with that said, thank you Summit Square for raising my rent so my wife and I finally bought a house, thank you for the pool parties, thank you for the candy on our door on Valentine's Day, thank you for going over "policy" (although that wasn't always fun), and thank you for letting me know that you cared about me as a resident because you didn't want us to leave. (Maybe you shouldn't have raised our rent...ok no more hashing the rent...we love our new house.)

Overall, if you are looking for a place that will leave you alone and be there when you need them, these guys are good.

So why do I need help you ask' We bought a house furthur out! I need an HOV buddy for 66!
