I thought the model was beautiful and was head over heels. That was until I signed the lease and opened the door to my unit. I was located in the back of the complex and was told that my building would be wood and not concrete. I had no problem with that but boy was I wrong. It reiked of mildew, the floors creaked and are warped (you could feel the floorboards move as you walked on them. The appliances are older than me (and I'm old), carpet was crap - dingy renter brown and the unit was filthy. I was Very displeased with the unit and the management company was responsive and offered another unit but ............. No Thank You!
