Sorry. Our family did not get a chance to experience Summit Square because we have a big dog. (It's been very difficult in Fairfax County.)
All I wanted to say was that whoever answered the phone was willing to help us out by asking us if we wanted to stay in the area. They gave us 4 other complexes that would accept our beloved Trixie (dalmation).
They ended it with a "Good luck. If you need anything else, give us a call."
THANK YOU! We found an apartment later in the week.
No we didn't move here but they were so nice. I'm sure that they would have been even more helpful if we could have.
Who said customer service was dead!'
