The performance of the local rental office and the parent company (TGM Associates) is intollerable. Fundamental safety and security issues are not addressed, including elevator failures, structural stairwell disrepair, fitness center security and safety breeches, and overall facilities upkeep and maintenance makes this one of the fastest to decline properties on the market.

There are no redeeming qualities left in this community. I have rented here for more than five years ... and have already started the plan to move to a safer and more pleasant property. Good hunting, I believe that it might even be better to be homeless than to call Summit Square Home.
